Very close to the airport and 10 minutes from Nantes railway station, Les Champs d’Avaux can offer you, for your conferences and corporate events, five configurable meeting rooms and break-out space with a total surface area of 200 sq.m..

The restaurant offers local seasonal cuisine, made from fresh produce. Menu options are available to suit your schedule. To relax, we offer evening cocktails, dinner buffets and barbecues.

Specialised entertainment providers will be able to liven up your dinner if you wish.

Located on 3 hectares, the Champs d’Avaux offers you the possibility to enjoy its outdoor swimming pool and its spa heated in the season.

Receptions at the Champs d’Avaux

The Hotel on the same site also has function rooms accommodating from 20 to 150 guests for receptions, religious services and children’s events. Vast wooded grounds provide opportunities, according to season, for outdoor cocktail parties and group photographs.

Our reception services

At lunch from 12:

  • Cocktail, aperitif and vin d’honneur + seated lunch.

At lunch and in the evening from 8pm:

  • Cocktail, aperitif and vin d’honneur + seated lunch and buffet or standing cocktail party in the evening

At dinner from 17/18pm :

  • Cocktail, aperitif and vin d’honneur + seated dinner

Possibility of musical and dancing entertainment with privatisation of the room according to the number of guests.

Reception rooms

  • One reception room of 160 sq.m. can accommodate up to 130 seated guests and 180 buffet guests, accessible to people with reduced mobility. Large picture windows open onto a terrace with views of the grounds.
  • A second room of 80 sq.m. opens onto the gardens and can accommodate up to 60 seated guests and 100 buffet guests.
  • The third room of 25 sq.m. also opens onto the gardens and can accommodate up to 20 seated guests.
